About / Bio
Mia’s passion is to see women experience child birth without fear. Mia will share insights to empower and encourage you in your journey.

My own experience as a mother of three children has led me on a journey of discovering the joy and power that comes through this life changing rite of passage. As a Doula, I honour and empower women through education that aims to eliminate the fear that so often feeds a negative paradigm surrounding birth. Women need a strong confidence in the truth that they are designed and capable to birth beautifully. On this foundation, I combine a personalised approach to supporting the birth journey, with bringing awareness to all the surrounding issues and options that are available. My commitment is to guide each client in developing a birth plan that aligns with their desired goals.
Birth is to be celebrated as beautiful journey!

I would love to help you explore this topic further! Feel free to contact me which ever way suits you best.
